All products are inspected prior to shipping. Once Order is placed it may take 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday not including Weekends or Holidays) to process and verify information before the order is shipped out. Shipping normally takes about 3-7 business days. The processing and shipping times may be delayed during Holiday times.

Due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation, there will be NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product is defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@heyartistri.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days.
If the returned item is defective or incorrect we will allow an exchange.
We adhere to these strict policies with respect to product returns.

As a necessary health and agriculture precaution, the items must be returned in the original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unused, undamaged, and in the original shipped condition. All tags and packaging must be included. If our company allows exchange to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping (if exchange is granted or denied, customer is responsible for shipping) MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.
If the defect is at the fault of Artistri LLC, we will cover the shipping cost to return it to you. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
